How many do you order, if for sample to fix it quickly, please use a fine sharp end tweezer push the metal part on the connector, then you can drag the cable out in the meantime, and insert back again. We are going to change the description of the product, the color we will send random, because we buy batch from suppliers, they don’t guarantee for this, for large order with specific color, we need contact first.
