Put these organic ramen noodles in a pan with water, along with a tablespoon of miso, vegetables and Japanese seasonings, and cook for 3 minutes. Ramen are the upscale version of regular instant noodles. Though we do not make them from wheat, but from buckwheat and shiitake. Gluten-free and worry-free!
