In practice: – To take the clay internally, it must be dispersed in a glass of water (about 1 teaspoon of clay per day, in a glass of water). – A very simple and gentler way to use clay internally is to drink only “clay water”: mix a teaspoon of clay in a glass of water, shake well then let it sit for the whole time night.
